Tennessee Neuropsychology offers Litigation Services. Dr. Spica assists in litigation involving individuals with psychological or neurological conditions. He has participated in civil and criminal proceedings for both state and federal courts involving personal injury, a range of criminal charges, and capital sentencing/mitigation.
