Appointments with Tennessee Neuropsychology can be made by contacting the office at 865-531-9088.
You will receive a confirmation letter with examination details, billing info, and office directions.
Tennessee Neuropsychology is located in Building 1, Suite 107 of the Fort Sanders West Medical Complex in Knoxville. Parking is free and conveniently located next to the building.

Billing Policies
Appointments for Clinical Services
Payments for all services at Spica Psychology are due prior to the time of service (major charge cards are accepted). We will provide you with a document of service for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement; payments made by the insurance carrier will be sent directly to the insured party and not to Spica Psychology. Spica Psychology does not participate with insurance carriers. Reimbursement from insurance carriers for neuropsychological services varies according to the specific insurance plan (Procedure codes 96132, 96138, 96139). Spica Psychology does not communicate with insurance carriers.
Appointments for Medico-Legal Services
EXAMINATIONS You must make payment for Independent Medical Examinations at least 7 days prior to examination date. The fee is fully refundable if examination is cancelled with at least 48-hour notice. There is a 50% fee if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment; cancellations on the day of the date of appointment (or no-shows) are charged at full fee.
DEPOSITION TESTIMONY Payment for preparation and 1st hour must be paid at least 7 days prior to deposition date. The fee is fully refundable if the deposition is cancelled with at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at full fee.
COURT APPEARANCE TESTIMONY Payment for preparation and 1st day of testimony must be paid at least 7 days prior to court appearance date. The fee is fully refundable if testimony is cancelled with at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of date of testimony are charged at full fee for one day of testimony.
